About the role
We are seeking a full-time regional office manager to join our team in serving the military affiliated community in our Colorado Springs location. This will be a growing, entrepreneurial role overseeing an initial 5 therapists growing to 25+ therapists with multiple locations. The regional office manager will be in charge of overseeing all aspects of the company related to office systems, processes, and production. This role requires an energetic, bright, and versatile professional who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks while able to work independently and as part of a team.

Role Objectives
· Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
· Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
· Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
· Work with executive team in the development of financial and budgetary plans
· Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
· Developing and executing new growth directives
How you’ll make an impact
· Coach, train, and develop a team of clinicians and administrative team to achieve the highest standards of care and achieve our goals
· Direct all business and non-clinical aspects of the behavioral health service delivery
· Build strategic relationships with providers and eventual team & supervisors
· Help implement “distinctive patient experience” protocols
· Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
· Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
· Financial development and planning to include fee change review, insurance network affiliation changes, overhead review and planning
· Strategy and long-term planning focused on reaching quarterly and annual benchmarks with quarterly and annual review
· Liaising with executive team to develop onboarding program and quarterly Review and Biweekly Check Ins
· Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
· Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
· Work closely with eventual human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, fun, and productive environment
· Analyze data to look at trends and identify opportunities for improvement
· Ensure that company policies are understood and followed
· Optimize business workflows through analysis and review of current systems
· Create new company policies and processes based on solid research, ethical planning, and thorough design
· Work with executive team to develop and exceed annual budgets
· Utilize and develop key performance metrics to mentor providers to make positive changes
· Foster team spirit and connectivity among providers and team
· Accounts receivable and billing
· Answering phones and scheduling client appointments and follow ups while delivering excellent customer service
· General HR practices including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
· Overseeing and leading our marketing vendors performance
· Coordinates and assists with purchasing of supplies necessary for operations
· Management of caseloads of all counseling providers including ongoing processes for discharges and patient graduation/closures.
· Collaborates with finance and accounting to oversee billing
· Manages Telehealth coordination and operation of complex computer and Telehealth Services
· Patient advocate
· Monitors and tracks referrals and matching with therapists
· Work with and assisting our 3rd party payroll services
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any business-related field
· Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required
· knowledge, skills, and abilities
· 2 years+ management experience
· Ability to work well, provide leadership, and create a culture that is patient focused, and people driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
