Here’s how an Administrative Assistant for our U.S. Head Office in Denver,CO contributes to our team:
The Administrative Assistant is expected to provide superior administrative support and customer service, with high attention to detail, accuracy, and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment.
Coordinate the day-to-day operations. Manages and maintains schedule in an efficient and effective manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Provide support for preparation of daily events and follow-up actions (e.g. scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining action lists and reminders, managing phone calls and meeting preparation).
Organizes meetings and/or special events including budget, securing venues/rooms, coordinating catering, room/technology set-up, coordinating and distributing meeting materials.
Compose and prepare correspondence, such as meeting minutes, memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other documents.
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
Exercise initiative, judgment and knowledge of company policies, practices, and the organization.
Create and maintain files both paper and electronic.
Assists in website and social media content updates.
Manage travel itineraries and bookings.
Prepare expense reports.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Provide back-up support for the administrative support team as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring to the role:
Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred. Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) a plus along with High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with SharePoint, Monday.com, People Insights and Concur preferred.
3-5 years of administrative experience with at least 3 years supporting multiple managers.
Excellent verbal, written, and grammatical skills are a necessity. Must be able to review and edit written materials.
Advanced skills in Microsoft office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams required.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Visio, and InDesign.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks with changing priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of work assignments and is resourceful to accomplish day-to-day tasks.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to effectively lead multiple aggressive deadlines.
Being proactive in terms of anticipating needs and follow-up items is crucial.
The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
