Looking for a part-time bookkeeper / accountant

I run Emery Custom Builds — a custom van conversion shop in Southern California. I have a decently organized QuickBooks and now I need someone to help me keep it clean each month instead of doing it all myself.

Looking for part-time / fractional help with:

Monthly close and reconciliations

Finalizing the QBO setup

Monthly transaction categorization and account reconciliation

Quarterly CDTFA sales tax filings

Year-end tax prep

Ideal fit: someone who’s worked with construction, custom fab, or other project-based small businesses. QBO Plus experience required.
