Wisconsota Painting is hiring 1099 Painting Subcontractors, both crews and solo painters, based out of Eau Claire and Hudson, WI, with pay of $35 to $60 per hour and annualized earnings of roughly $72,000 to $125,000 per year at full-time hours. You will take on a steady stream of pre-sold interior and exterior painting jobs across Western Wisconsin and the East Metro Twin Cities area.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Arrive on site on schedule with your crew, tools, and equipment ready.
• Complete jobs to Wisconsota Painting quality standards across interior, exterior, residential, or commercial scopes.
• Prep, prime, and paint per the scope provided by the office.
• Keep job sites clean and professional, protecting customer property and cleaning up daily.
• Communicate proactively with the office on progress, scope changes, or issues.
