The Role

We’re hiring a Paid Social Media Manager who operates at the intersection of creative instinct and analytical discipline. You’ll own paid social performance across a portfolio of 4–6 client accounts from campaign architecture and creative briefing through optimization and reporting.

This is a full-ownership role. You’ll help lead client communication, drive testing strategy, and partner with senior leadership to connect paid social to broader growth goals. If you do your best work when you have real accountability, this is the job.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes, primarily on Meta, with TikTok and Reddit in play where appropriate
• Own day-to-day client communication: translate performance data into clear recommendations clients can act on.
• Lead creative testing, develop hypotheses, work with the creative strategist, analyze results, and iterate fast.
• Build and manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to find growth leverage points
• Partner with the VP of Client Partnerships to align campaign strategy with client and agency goals
• Maintain clean campaign structure, tracking integrity, and reporting that surfaces real insight

What You Bring

Required:

• 4–7 years managing paid social campaigns, with the majority of that time on Meta Ads Manager
• DTC or high-growth brand experience — you understand full-funnel strategy from prospecting through retention
• Proven ability to manage $50K+/month in ad spend across multiple accounts
• Experience leading creative testing: briefing creative teams, analyzing outputs, and making fast decisions based on results
• Comfort with analytics tools Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and spreadsheets
• Strong written communication with clients, with colleagues, and in reporting

Nice to Have:

• TikTok Ads and/or Reddit Ads hands-on experience
• Experience advertising in regulated industries — healthcare, financial services, or insurance
• Familiarity with third-party attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar)
• Comfort using creative analytics tools like Adnova, Motion, or MagicBrief
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) to accelerate research, creative briefing, competitive analysis, or performance reporting

• You own 4–6 accounts with confidence, consistently meeting or exceeding client KPIs
• Clients think of you as a strategic partner, not just someone running their ads
• Your creative testing surfaces wins that lower CAC and inform broader strategy
