About The Role
The Allies of Skin Paid Media Manager will own the execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of paid media programs across digital channels in the US and global markets. This role serves as the critical connector between internal teams and external agency partners—ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, flawlessly executed, and continuously optimized to drive efficient growth.
This individual reports into the SVP of Digital with collaboration and direction from Digital Growth Consultant and is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and operationally strong, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across creative (ugc, designed, founder, etc.) and copy for DTC, retail and Amazon media. Where appropriate, this role will use AI tools to enhance creative development, streamline workflows and improve media performance.
