Full Job Description

Outdoor Images, Inc is seeking a qualified individual with experience in accounting and office management to join our team in a small business environment. Basic duties will include accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, equipment purchases, reconciliations, basic sales tax reporting, cash forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis), office administration, banking and insurance management, benefits administration, reception, and communicating with clients and suppliers.

Necessary Qualifications. Applicants must meet all of the following requirements to be considered for this position:

• Experience in accounting, preferably for a small business and is familiar with Quickbooks
• Experience with spreadsheets, word processing and Apple computer applications.
• Be reliable, have strong organizational, problem solving and people skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED.

Additional Desirable Skills & Experience:

• College degree in accounting, business management or related field.
• Experience with HR or personnel management.
• Experience with database management, social media, website administration and/or graphic design.

Compensation: $22-$28/hour depending on qualifications. This is a Full-time, year-round hourly position, working roughly 20-40 hours per week. Schedule is negotiable, and some hours could be remote. Benefits currently include holiday pay, paid time off, sick pay, and $130 per month health reimbursement.
