Basic Function:
This role will be responsible for growing revenue within our dealer network. This includes monitoring, tracking, and ing on customer accounts & activities. This Sales Associate role provides proactive sales coverage, primarily via phone outreach, as well as support in all areas of the sales process. This role is a full-time in-house position.
Responsibilities:
· Driving an increase in dealer sales through proactive outreach
· Ensuring pricing, programs are current
· Assisting customers through their buying process
· Process Purchase Orders or distribute to the appropriate dept. in a timely manner
· Answer phones in a professional manner and coordinate call transfers to the appropriate person
· Professional and supportive cross department communication
· Produce and distribute sales s as requested
· Proactively assist in planning and organizing sales meetings
· Timely management of sales rep and customer requests
· Prepare appropriate samples, presentations, and other material needs
· Prepare forecast information as available
· Travel as needed in support of sales team

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: (Education and Training)
· Firearm comprehension preferred
· Must be at least 21 years old
· AS degree preferred; HS or GED required
