ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to elevate United Airlines’ position as a leading airline transportation company through the deliberate process of exceeding customer expectations at Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal C. OTG will work in synergy with United to create an unparalleled distinct experience for the United customer throughout the terminal.
Responsibilities:
Assists Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of Terminal C, adhering to and exceeding both.
United Airlines as well as Port Authority standards of operations.
Develop relationships with On-site managers of both retail, Dufry, and food beverage units.
Develop relationships with subtenant corporate personnel to obtain certified financial statements and sales reports as required.
Required reporting of Sales from all Concessions, financial reporting including but not limited to managing variance. reports and assisting with budget and any monthly and/or annual accruals.
Author and holds direct responsibility for the Sales Comparison Report provided to United Airlines.
Author of Monthly Dashboard provided to United which reflects various items such as Leasing & Construction updates along with Metrics for Meal Programs.
Author of the Concessions monthly promotional calendar.
Support both Assistant Property Manager, Accountant, and Airport Facility Director with various reports.
Create a world-class Terminal Experience for customers through maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Liaison with OTG corporate, United, Subtenants, and the Port Authority.
Responsible for creating and implementing a Subtenant Incentive program to promote increased sales activity.
Responsible for accurate data entry into vital reports including but not limited to the Fee Statement, Monthly Executive Report, Quarterly Dashboard.
Responsible for managing agents’ Concession Property Management Office.
Responsible for monitoring, coding, and preparing invoices for processing.
Contributions toward United Airlines’ Budget Plan as needed.
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of transitional dates that are reported to OTG corporate, United, & Port Authority that include a photo presentation of the Concession.
Responsible to perform Human Resource functions within the department including but not limited to monitoring and tracking attendance, employee files, emergency contact tracker for the Property Management Team, Subtenants, Vendors, Port Authority & United Airlines.
Responsible for performing Secret Shops throughout the Terminal to ensure compliance.
Effectively meet deadlines, forecast needs, develop plans, organize tasks.
Assist in the development of a highly-skilled, professional Property Management Team.
