What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee scheduling workflow of all departmental patient schedulers
• Provide daily pending orders and scheduling reports to management
• Triage diagnostic technologist worklist schedule to ensure accuracy
• Perform quality assurance checks on calls and provide reports for each assigned agent
• Assist in the introduction and implementation of new scheduling techniques and procedures

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze various situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a healthcare-related scheduling or administrative role
• Familiarity with EGAIN web-based systems or similar scheduling software
• Proven ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
