Basic Function:
Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resources Director will function as a strategic partner to the executive team of the organization. This individual will be responsible for directing an HR function that will be responsible for building an annual strategic HR operating plan, workforce planning, recruiting, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation/benefits.
The incumbent will serve in an advisory capacity to the CEO and management team on organization-wide issues. This position has 6 direct reports and will support a staff of 200+ employees (and growing to 250+) which includes – sales, finance, auto body technicians and mechanics, operations, supply chain and accounting.
