Looking for someone to help support day-to-day operations across multiple projects in the event production space.
This is not a basic admin role. We need someone organized, proactive, and able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing emails, scheduling, and client communication
• Handling invoices, payments, and cash flow tracking
• Basic WordPress website updates
• Using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to improve workflows, create content, and increase efficiency
• Creating reports including event P&L summaries and operational tracking
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
• Experience with operations support and fast-paced environments
