At OEC Group we have created an interactive training program focused on educating and engaging our new hires. You will begin training on the daily operations of your position to understand the Freight Forwarding industry. Following, you’ll receive training regarding the daily activity of the recruitment team including, reviewing applications, phone screening qualified candidates, interviewing candidates and on-boarding new hires to the company.

About the Position
Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Chicago Office 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree; preferred major in Human Resources, Business Administration or Industrial Organizational Psychology and six months to three years of related experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
