We are looking for an HR manager preferably with healthcare experience to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your HR manager’s duties will involve managing recruitment, selection, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. You must be very detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask. The job of an HR manager is important to business success. Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
• Responsible for HR compliance.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Support current, and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven working experience as HR manager
• Be very detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Experience in healthcare HR a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
• A car in good working condition and valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
