Primary Function
The QAC Laboratory Technician is responsible for preparing and monitoring environmental systems and products to provide support for production, facility, engineering, and quality departments.

Essential Job Functions/Duties
* Perform environmental monitoring of facilities, including viable/
non-viable particulates, processed compressed airlines, temperature,
pressure, and humidity
* Perform physical testing of product
* Perform media preparation, glassware, materials etc. to ensure
continued lab support
* Maintain laboratory equipment
* Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
* Perform data entry/review of generated results
* Maintain accurate and compliant data and record management
* Develop and maintain laboratory procedures
* Train, understand, and perform assays according to procedures and
regulations
* Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others
throughout various levels of the global organization
* Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
* Maintain regular and punctual attendance
* Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
* Must maintain good documentation and laboratory practices
* Must have effective oral and written communication skills
* Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in
collaborative as well as independent work situations and environments
with minimal supervision
* Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
* Perform other duties as necessary

Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements
* High school diploma or GED
* Technical education a plus
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• working with autoclave and tubes: 2 years (Preferred)
• laboratory support in a medical/pharma manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
