Nexeo HR Hiring for Entry-Level Business Trainer Job at Logan, UT Full Time

Nexeo HR is looking for a well-organized individual with sales experience for an Entry-Level Business Trainer position in the Logan area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and work well with teams. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. Pay is $18-$19 DOE

Responsibilities
· Set up new accounts and close terminated accounts.
· Onboard new franchise owners and explain product features in person and via video
· Be a liaison between the vendor of the software and the franchise owner to insure all questions and concerns are addressed.
· Provide basic training to franchise owners on key benefits and features of the system and to ensure Best Practices are followed
· Schedule franchise training for the software and publicize training dates to the franchise network
· Maintain reporting for enrollments and utilization of the software.
· Communicate issues/problems and successes to leadership team

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
• Must be well organized
• Must be able to work with a team
• Excellent communication skills required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay
$18-$19 per hour
