Administrative Assistant/Sales Development Representative

This role is designed to handle all inbound sales opportunities via phone, email, yelp and various other platforms and to assist with scheduling services purchased by customers. All of Natural Resources Organic Pest Control sales are inbound. Organizing lead information and a communication rhythm with customers and potential customers is essential. The Sales Development Representative will be working closely with our current Route Management Specialist. The responsibilities include:

• Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
• Engage current or past clients to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.
• Effectively partner and work closely with scheduling and customer service personnel.
• Work closely with other customer support to develop account intelligence and discover sales opportunities.
• Assist with selling, on-boarding, and supporting all new customers.
• Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
• Act as the subject matter expert on our service offerings to lead customers to a service that will solve their problem.
• On-boarding, scheduling, and processing various services for our clients.

Work Hours & Benefits: The employee holding this position will be paid a salary based on a 40 hour work week schedule between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Starting salary is $640.00 per week ($16.00 per hour) for the first 90 days. Annual pay increases/bonuses are dependent upon performance. After 90 days, you will be eligible for health benefits. We pay 100% of a private health insurance plan provided by our insurance specialist. We are closed during all major holidays and have vacation/sick time available.
