We desire to own equity in over 1,000 companies within the next 10 years. With a recycling revenue/profit model where the funds are recycled back into startups and long-term real estate holdings all over the world.

We are looking for individuals who want to raise private equity funds while receiving compensation based upon the gross amounts raised. You can raise funds for individual start ups, the capital fund itself or real estate investments we have offered.

DUTIES:

• Create Portfolios, Presentations or “Pitch Decks” for individual opportunities
• Share presentations with potential investors
• Incubate the investors and act as relationship managers for your investors

NOTE:

We currently have over 20 start ups for shopping as well as investing in our capital fund itself which nets investors a small share of points over the broad spectrum of all our start ups or future start ups.

You must be willing to participate in these activities and time commitments:

• Work full time or fractionally understanding this is a performance based compensation agreement

• Attend 1-3 weekly team meetings

• Create presentations and pitch decks

• Negotiate with investors

• Believe in our VISION!!!!

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role consists of creating templated presentations or “pitch decks” for the projects you wish to promote and present these opportunities to your network of investors allowing them to SHOP our deals.

Participate fractionally or full time and be a part of our team attending weekly team meetings and reporting to a Chief Funding Officer.

Your schedule will be self managed and you will have unlimited time freedom except for the weekly team meetings.

WEEKLY TEAM MEETING NOTES:

You will be required to attend our Wednesday Weekly Deal Review meeting plus our weekly FUNDRAISING meeting and have the invitation to attend OTHER weekly team meetings.
