Job Title: Multifamily Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Multifamily Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on our multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Respond to work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and buildings.
• Ensure all maintenance is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance trades.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required
