Responsibilities:

• Working with proprietary systems to process billing
• Must be able to work within multiple systems at the same time
• Must be able to read and interpret reporting to ensure data is correct
• Data Entry (billing)
• Research denied charges
• Contractor entry errors
• Audits
• Changing job numbers in the system
• Verify contractor job numbers
• Correct billing entries
• Time sheet uploads
• Invoice fallouts
• Manage various Inbox(s)
• Any other duties might be assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be highly analytical to process data and identify discrepancies.
• Strong computer/data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Work with dual screens to process information.
