In this remote Customer Service Representative position at Morley, you’ll be trained as an important liaison between car dealerships and car buyers for one of the world’s most well-known automotive brands. You’ll provide fantastic customer service over the phone and use your computer skills to research requests and accurately record the details of your calls. If you’re a great listener who is dedicated to going above and beyond for the customer, this could be the perfect role for you.

Skills for Success:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate a computer and the web
- Typing skills (minimum 25 words per minute – Click here to take a free typing test!)
Eligibility Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Availability to work shifts within the call center’s hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday
- Some Saturdays may be required on a rotating basis, depending on the team to which you are assigned.

- Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Nevada, Texas, South Carolina or Georgia resident
- Home desktop or laptop computer
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Cellular phone
