Mopar Technician (Phase 3 Certified) – Diesel & Transmission Experience Preferred

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mopar Phase 3 Certified Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram vehicles. Experience with diesel engines and transmission repair/rebuilds is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mopar vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, drivability, and mechanical issues.
• Perform diesel engine diagnostics and repairs on Cummins-powered vehicles.
• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

• Mopar Phase 3 Certification (or equivalent advanced Mopar certification).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own tools required for the position.

Preferred:

• Diesel engine repair experience (Cummins certification a plus).
• Transmission diagnosis, repair, and rebuilding experience.
• ASE Certifications.
• Previous dealership experience.
