Job Description: Mens RTW Designer About The Role A global fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking a highly creative and experienced Mens RTW Designer to join our fast-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of the fastest growing segment of our business. We are looking for versatile design talent with expertise in Knits and/or Wovens who can bring innovative ideas, commercial awareness, and strong execution skills to our men’s assortment.
We are open to candidates at the Designer, Manager, or Director level, depending on experience and demonstrated impact. With new positions on the team, this is an excellent moment to join and contribute to our dynamic growth story.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Mens Ready-to-Wear collections across Knits and/or Wovens, aligning with brand vision and seasonal direction.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production teams to deliver product that meets design, quality, and cost standards.
- Research market trends, fabric innovations, and competitor assortments to ensure the brand stays at the forefront of menswear.
- Create detailed tech packs, sketches, and design boards to communicate vision clearly to cross-functional partners and vendors.
- Partner with the sourcing and production teams to ensure timely product execution and delivery.
- Contribute fresh ideas and strategic thinking to strengthen the menswear business and support ongoing category expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven RTW design experience, preferably within both Knits and Wovens categories.
- Strong eye for trend, fit, and construction, with the ability to translate market insights into commercial product.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and leadership potential (depending on level).
