Membership Marketing Partners (MMP) is an innovative and fast-growing direct marketing agency that serves conservative non-profits and non-partisan non-profits in the DC metro and New York markets. We are looking to hire a Paid Search Associate to expand our digital marketing department. As a Paid Search Associate, you will strategize, implement, and monitor effective pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to ensure we are exceeding the goals and expectations of our clients. The ideal team member will have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. If you are a self-starter, and you work well in a collaborative environment, you will have plenty of opportunities to develop creative, guide strategy and work face-to-face with our clients. Candidate must be located in the Washington, D.C. Metro area.
Here are the required qualifications:
· BA/BS degree (Preferred Bachelor’s degree in political science, marketing, or business related)
· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· You are detail-oriented and data-driven
· Passionate about your job and growing in your career
· 1-2 years job experience with either political advocacy groups, campaigns, or a marketing agency
· Knowledge of PPC account management including experience with Google Ads, and Bing
· Experience running paid social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
· Knowledge of Web Analytics and ability to analyze and pull reports to form data-driven decisions
· Interest in conservative/right leaning politics
Preferred Qualifications
· Google Ad and Google Analytic certifications
· Experience with direct response marketing
· Strong communication and writing skills
Job Responsibilities:
· Plan and create paid media campaigns from idea to execution.
· Analyze and optimize paid media campaigns from a variety of perspectives including conversion rates, keyword bids, impression shares, search queries, keyword, and ad copy research, and more to achieve maximum ROI for clients.
· Provide regular detailed reporting (weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) to communicate any campaign related metrics.
· Follow and implement all best practices for paid media campaigns.
· Manage web analytics tagging and tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
