Summary: The Digital Media Specialist will act as a key Client advocate at MMi for all Digital audit engagements. Responsible for presenting Digital audits to Clients when appropriate, responding in a timely manner to Client questions, leading Client education and training sessions, and engaging with the Client’s agency to gather data necessary to conduct the audit. The Digital Lead will also support the MMi Sales team and Account Directors on Digital questions necessary to respond to RFPs and Client and prospect inquiries.
The Digital Media Specialist will collaborate with MMi’s Marketing Director to plan and develop thought leadership content to position MMi as an expert in the Digital media space. The Digital Lead will have the opportunity to plan and host webinars. The Digital Lead will help shape the direction of Client deliverables, including providing insight and guidance on relevancy, industry benchmarks, and value.
Regular interaction with Clients via email, phone, video conferencing, and in person as applicable.
