Overview
We are seeking an experienced, board certified Family Medicine physician who is interested in a high quality, patient focused environment. Patient satisfaction is the number one priority, and you will have the opportunity to build relationships the way things used to be.

• Monday-Friday, normal 40 hour work week.
• No weekends, no on-call.
• Strong patient/physician relationships.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate Degree in Medicine from an accredited college approved by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, a Doctorate degree in Osteopathy from a college accredited by the American Osteopathic Association, or permanent certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license in Indiana.
• Possess board certification in Family Medicine as determined by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or from the American Osteopathic Association.
• Possess a minimum of one (1) year experience as a Family Medicine Physician.
