Shift managers are core leaders who embrace McDonald’s Make It promises as well as supervise food safety, production, and cleaning procedures. This posting is for management jobs with an independent McDonald’s franchisee Virginia location.

Open availability and/or weekend and/or dedicated shift availability a plus

Must be 18 years or older to be a manager

All you’ll need is the energy and willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We’ll teach you the rest. Candidates must meet availability and experience qualifications to receive the starting $16 an hour for experience and availability; minimum is fourteen for shift manager who require flexible hours; and thirteen for manager trainee. All rates are based on experience and availability, with potential pay increases through biannual reviews. New incentive programs will be introduced in 2022.
