Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
Must be GREAT with People! Available Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Must be able to lift, bend, twist and stand for up to 8-9 hours at a time. Must be 18 years old or older. Previous management or leadership experience in the restaurant, hotel or retail environment is required.
Pay varies based on experience and availability.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, and taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards.
As a Shift Manager, you are responsible for:
