Master Millwork LLC Hiring for Cabinet Production Supervisor Full Time

Cabinet manufacturing facility is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who wants to join a growing company. Must be willing to roll-up their sleeves and take ownership of their department, while still working in close collaboration with other department in order to deliver a top-quality product to our customers.

Skills Required

Understanding of AWI Cabinets standards
Experience with manufacturing at production rates
Lean manufacturing background preferred
5+ Yr. experience working in a Supervisory role
Ability to work under pressure
Ability and willingness to meet deadlines
Communication Bi-lingual English / Spanish helpful
Responsibly maintain proper workflows in order to meet production expectations
Hiring for Production Dept in conjunction with HR
Scheduling in conjunction with the Scheduling department
Ability to train and coach cross functional team members
Keep an active inventory of items needed for Production
Update Shop Manager regarding department status on a regular basis.
Manage shop production floor
Safety Compliance
Ensuring the Production Areas are kept clean and organized, at all times.
Other duties as required by Production Manager
