In nearly five years they’ve accomplished multiple milestones including being featured on major television shows, doubling revenue each year, and even bringing influencers into their marketing process. Naviga has been retained to identify a Marketing Professional to join their team in Phoenix

Title: Marketing Professional

Reporting Relationship: Reports to CEO

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing programs to support organizational and brand objectives
• Design and develop marketing materials including social media programs, advertisements and brochures
• Communicate, liaise and correspond with outside vendors and suppliers for marketing products
• Create and monitor the production of marketing materials
• Oversee distribution of marketing materials
• Ability to draft press and media releases
• Assist in preparation of and conduct product presentations
• Prepare and execute online marketing campaigns
• Monitor brand competitive activity and market trends
• Monitor and assess customer feedback
• Collect and analyze sales data to prepare marketing reports
• Track, coordinate and assemble data to measure outcomes of marketing programs
• Communicate with sales and production partners regarding products
• Create/Maintain promotional materials inventory system
• Create/maintain archive of marketing material
• Create ideas for Email marketing based on product launches, customer feedback & more
• Finding models for campaigns or product launches & schedule photo shoots/ videos at offsite location
• Advertising ads – Google & Facebook/Instagram. Analyze keywords & reports for better optimization

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years marketing experience
• Ability to delegate and give direction to team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience developing creative solutions and deliverables with the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Familiarity with trends and best practices in marketing and marketing communications
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, growing organization
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
• Proficient in marketing reporting, tracking and measuring results and return on investment
• Experience with technology and tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, web-based publishing, webcasts, videos, social media platforms and GoogleAds

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience
