The Renovation Manager will join the Shelf Stable Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Shelf Stable Marketing. As Renovation Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that important projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Based upon objectives, strategies and priorities set by the Business Managers across the Snacking, Ingredients, and Beverage categories, you will lead projects to aid the organization in achieving key top and bottom line business goals. You will lead business ‘renovation’ initiatives such as (but not limited to): new pack sizes; customer specific SKUs; line extensions; product reformulations; product discontinuations; and cost improvement initiatives.
In this position, you will work most closely with our team of Shelf Stable Business Managers; New Products & Packaging Development (NP&PD) Managers, Sales Strategy Managers, Supply Chain Managers; and Finance Business Analysts.
