Role Description

• Content Creation & Social Media Management: plan, film, edit and publish content across social media platforms. Develop consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
• Brand Voice & Growth: help shape Bliss’ voice online (warm, trustworthy, parent-focused). Identify trends and adapt them to fit our brand and audience. Actively grow followers, engagement and reach.
• Community-Focused Content: Create content around speech development, parenting tips, behind-the-scenes clinic moments. Highlight therapists, patient journeys, and educational insights. Capture content at events, clinics, and in the community.
• Performance & Optimization: Track performance and adjust based on what’s working.
• Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and clinical team to ensure content is accurate and aligned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in creating engaging social media content (especially short-form video)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and current content trends
• Comfort filming, editing, and being hands-on with content production
• Self-starter who can take ownership and execute without heavy direction
• Bonus if you have: healthcare and/or speech experience, pediatrics experience, and basic design skills (Canva, etc.)
