FlashField is a market research firm specializing in pharmaceuticals, based in Miami, Florida. 

We are seeking recruitment associates who are able to work from home to interview and invite respondents to participate in our clients’ market research studies.

As a market research recruiter, you will be calling clinics and other facilities to promote our paid studies and add respondents to our database. You will explain the study’s purpose, answer questions, address concerns, and clarify vague or unclear answers.

Other responsibilities include database maintenance, inputting new contact information, updating old entries in our respondent panel, and customer service, assisting respondents with queries via phone and email

We are seeking outgoing individuals with a positive, professional attitude and excellent speaking skills, who are able to talk to all types of people and are able to work effectively in a stand-alone environment.

This position does not involve any sales or telemarketing and is not commission-based. We provide paid time off and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• People-oriented and excellent salesmanship skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and detail-oriented databases
• Excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills

• Good computer skills, especially in Excel
• Experience with discussing medical products with healthcare professionals is a plus
• Telephone recruiters with prior experience is a plus
