The position
Title: Managing Director – Acoem ATD
Reports To: Acoem Group Protection Division CEO, based in France.
Mission: The Managing Director is responsible for driving the strategic growth and operational execution of the Acoustic Threat Detection (ATD) business across the North American market and beyond:
In addition to driving commercial growth, the Managing Director will actively contribute to increasing brand awareness and market visibility through marketing initiatives, industry events, partnerships, and PR activities.
Team: The Managing Director will oversee and develop a US-based team of 7 professionals across sales, business development, product management, technical support, field service, administration, and marketing functions.
Location: While Acoem ATD operates globally, the position can be based anywhere in the US, with a strong preference for the East coast or central time zone area, where most of the team is located, as well as their key client.
Business trips, dedicated to meeting with key clients and partners, as well as attending professional events, amount to between 25 and 50% of time.
Candidate profile
