Magneti is looking for a marketing professional to fill the role of Social Media Manager. Our Social Media Manager. will work in collaboration with the Magneti account team to deliver top-end client service for regional, national, and global customers. This role also works directly with our Marketing Managers to provide smooth accounts and projects. This role will report to our VP of Digital.

Is the Social Media Manager at Magneti a project manager, account manager or “client-facing”?
This role is in our Specialist team, which means Marketing Managers assign work to them. They work on all relevant accounts, not just a select few. This person will certainly interact with clients, but is not the primary point-of-contact for any clients. If the Social Manager’s ideas generate tasks, the marketing manager directs all those assignments, the Social Manager isn’t responsible for assigning tasks to other teammates.
Is the Social Media Manager the only one developing strategy?
No. The strategy for any account/project is a collaboration between the account manager, marketing manager, our digital strategist, and this person. The Social Manager helps benchmark, brainstorm, develop, create drafts and deliverables, but that strategy is shared and internalized by the AM and MM also.
This role will be part-time/freelance. Freelancer will be responsible for providing their own equipment.
Flexible depending on experience. Freelance rates usually: $40-$75/hr.
We are a remote-hybrid team based in Colorado. This role will be required to be available for meetings during business hours (Mountain Time), but location is flexible for freelancers.
