What you need:

• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or acceptable exemption form
• Proof of Flu Vaccine for this season (2021-2022) or acceptable exemption form
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• One (1) year of experience with advanced clerical support and human resource software programs.
• One (1) Year Experience with Payroll.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute to an atmosphere of positivity and teamwork on a daily basis.
• Computer Skills and ability to utilize pertinent electronic programs as needed including HRIS applications.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

What you do:

• Serve as a consultant to Luthercare managers and staff. Provides information and advice to Luthercare managers regarding relevant federal, state, and local legislation and public policy issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources standards and procedures.
• Assists in the planning and conducting of Employee Recognition events with the Department Manager and/or Director of Organizational Culture.
• Coordinates Workers Compensation management and provide support for workers compensation incident review, investigation, and mitigation.
• Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and provides procedural guidance to managers regarding interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and harassment issues. .
• Travel up to 30% to other campuses
