LSF is looking for a Talent IT Applications Support Specialist to join our team.
Purpose and Impact:
Applications Specialist will be accountable to help customers solve issues with LSF off the shelve and inhouse developed business software applications. In this position, you will respond to calls for IT support, debug issues in the software, engage third party vendors or team members, or simply talk the customer through their issue. This is primarily an application support position, but you should be comfortable working with development tools like Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, some reporting tools like SSRS or Power BI. You should also be able to work with the hardware needed to run the application.
LSF will be provisioning equipment suitable to fulfill the job accountabilities of the role to work from home. Individual must have a reliable internet service and secured working environment at home. There will be as required meetings at the Tampa Central facility or other LSF facilities to work with the Program personnel.
