Job Summary

Shults Ford is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to support our service and sales teams. This is an entry-level automotive position with paid training and advancement opportunities—ideal for candidates starting or returning to the workforce.

What You’ll Do

• Keep dealership lots clean, organized, and display-ready
• Move and park vehicles safely based on manager direction
• Drive vehicles between service lane, service bays, and parking areas
• Assist with vehicle delivery preparation
• Transport vehicles to and from off-site locations
• Support general housekeeping in service and sales departments
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation (daily attendance required)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
