Process requests from borrowers/clients for Special Loans functions including but not limited to Home Equity Lines of Credit, Assumptions, Partial Releases, Subordinations, Adjustable Rate Mortgages, Buydowns, Piggybacks, Step Rates, Recasts, Year-End Statement corrections, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receives, reviews and evaluates requests received regarding Special Loans functions following the necessary procedures
· Maintains and follows procedures outlined by the investors and/or clients
· Obtains and reviews information needed to process Subordinations, Easements, Partial Releases, Assumptions, as well as any other requests pertaining to the Special Loans area
· Processes maintenance in HELOC, ARM, Balloon, and other workstations as required
· Responds to internal/external clients and/or borrowers regarding Special Loans requests
· Completes tasks within department guidelines
· Adapts to change productively
· All other duties as assigned.
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Mortgage banking experience preferred
· Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems such as MSP Director preferred
· Knowledge of HELOC and ARM workstations preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary.
