Position: Corporate Marketing Administration Assistant
Reports to: VP Stores and Operations
Collaborates regularly with: Operations, Merchandising, Human Resources and Brand Management teams to provide overall administrative and marketing support across the company
Duties and Responsibilities
Merchandising/Marketing
· Maintain and distribute promotional, digital(email), social and event calendar
· Maintain cruise ship calendar
· Manage all signage administration – printing, In-case signs, external, in-store,
· Maintain all Marketing Supplies
· Distribution of branded displays and promotional material
· Provide Local marketing support (support the store managers): such as event planning and execution plans for in store events
· Maintain all Visual directives such as plan-a-grams
· Provide reporting: ships; hotels; gift with check in programs, etc.
· Distribution of Gift with check in gifts to stores
· Maintain “current” marketing assets folder
· Maintain “current” store photos
· Support all Engrace Brand account initiatives including press kits, presentation decks, business reporting, collateral, training presentations, etc.
· Track vendor and company incentive programs, results, awards
· Maintain company- wide calendars for all incentives, vendor visit, RTV, price changes, merchandising deadlines, promotional events, training.
Communications/Training
· Assist with coordinating vendor training and certification tracking
· Coordinate recognition activities – awards, contest, certifications, top performers, etc.
Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:
· Must be highly proficient in technology. Advanced skill level in Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe, Video editor, Zoom, etc.
Flexible, Organized, Enthusiastic, and team oriented
· Outstanding communication, writing, finance and marketing skills, written, oral, collaboration, public speaking and customer service skills.
· Experience with project management including project planning, accountabilities, and time lines.
· Strong networking abilities with capacity to work with all levels of the organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
