Linville Law Office, PLLC Hiring for Paralegal/Office Administrator Job at Charlotte, NC Full Time

This is a vital and dynamic position within this growing South Charlotte estate planning law firm. Prior experience working in a law firm is a plus, but not required.

Primary job responsibilities (and skills) for the position include the following:

• Front Office Manager – Greets clients for in-office appointments (seeking personable and professional applicant making our clients feel welcome and appreciated);
• Estate Planning Signings – Works closely with attorneys to assemble and prepare for estate planning signing appointments; Serves as notary for estate planning signing appointments; Handles post signing tasks (seeking applicant who is extremely organized and detailed oriented);
• Bookkeeping – Works closely with owner and CPA in maintaining the accounting records for the law firm (prior experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required; will provide on the job training); and
• General Legal Assist/Paralegal Duties – Works with attorneys and senior paralegal as needed providing support on Estate Administration and Guardianship matters (prior experience in this area a plus but not required; will provide on the job training).
