About the position:

The Operator supervises and manages the production of rubberized asphalt additives using specialized equipment that is designed to heat and cool rubber powder, add liquids and powders to recycled tire rubber so that the finished product can be more easily used by asphalt mix plants supporting rubberized asphalt paving projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and supply of raw materials
• Operate sit down forklift
• Monitor production and create batch sheets by hand
• Execute basic math for weight calculations, and production rates

Qualifications:

• Machine Operator experience
• Sit Down Forklift experience

The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud. Exposure to heat and cold are possible.

Work Schedule

The operation will run from 4:00 AM to 3:30 PM each day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
