About the Opportunity
The HR Coordinator/Specialist is responsible for the efficient flow of team members from the hiring phase, through the employment lifecycle, to termination of the employment relationship.
Throughout this flow, compliance is maintained with state, federal, and Corporate regulations and requirements.
Pull reports and audit hiring forms in preparation for daily import.
Maintain communication with hiring managers to expedite the hiring process.
Always work with a sense of urgency when reviewing incoming work in the HR Team folder and the Employment Testing folder.
Process status changes, separations, and employment verifications in timely manner, and in conformance with applicable government regulations.
Maintain a 95% or better accuracy level.
Provide telephone customer service response rates of 98% or better.
Maintain all electronic and hard copy files.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required or 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to employment
