Education – Required:
Associate’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology/Humanities, or other related field. or
High School Diploma/GED with 3 years experience.
Education – Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree Business, Human Resources, Psychology/Humanities, or other related field.
Experience – Required:
1 year Office or customer service field within human resources or recruitment role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:
Computer skills including proficiency in a Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook) environment.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer focused services including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong – recognizing there is a problem.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Preferred:
Knowledge of Employee Management Systems.
Knowledge of components of the Applicant Tracking Systems, New Employee Onboarding Management Systems, HR Management Systems, and electronic file keeping systems.
