Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Intake Specialist located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Legal Intake Specialist will manage client intake processes, speak with the potential lead and qualify the lead to make sure its a fit for the firm. If a fit, the candidate will enter their data in our CRM program CLIO and then direct the lead to the proper person. I ideal candidate will understand the role of intake and have prior experience in a law firm setting and provide exceptional client service to ensure a welcoming and professional experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Experience in client intake and customer service processes
- Familiarity with insurance verification and related administrative tasks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software and client management systems
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Prior experience in a legal environment
