Our company balances the interaction of different chemicals and ultra-pure water on metal, ceramic and quartz surfaces to extend the useful life of semiconductor manufacturing parts. We work with our customers to develop cleaning processes that are rolled out across their entire supply chain. We are looking for someone who has the ability to be a great partner to them in this important research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on engineering projects, which includes: chemical cleaning, surface texturing, parts inspection, kit assembly, parts dimensional measurement and surface morphology analysis
• Work on DOE / R&D projects independently and provide experiment reports

• Lead installation and set up of new equipment and provide training

• Initiate training / process transfer to production

• Provide technical support to address production issue

• Maintain records on all parts processed through each station
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• 10 years of semiconductor parts cleaning experience, with a high school degree; or bachelor’s degree with 1 year of semiconductor parts cleaning experience
• computer savvy

Interaction with Other Employees:

• Regularly communicate with the Production, Lab Manager and teammates on daily assignments and reports any discrepancies or relevant production related information
• Works frequently with Engineering Director to improve quality and processes
