Plumber/Excavator Operator/ M-F (no weekends or on-call):

A-1 Sewer and Septic Service is looking for an experienced excavation operator who can install sewer and water lines. (Pipe Bursting and lining is a plus but not required.)

Must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and a willingness to teach.

Must be Calm, Cool, Collected, and Confident.

Requirements: Plumbing sewer and water line repair, and excavator operator experience for residential and commercial job sites, good customer communication skills, good driving record, pass drug test, good workmanship & reliability. This job requires both plumbing and excavator experience, which involves getting into a trench to make repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects installing Sewer and Water Lines.
• Utilize hand and power tools for efficient installation and repair of plumbing systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee job site operations, including heavy lifting and equipment management.
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Drive commercial vehicles as needed to transport materials and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
