Lawn Fertilization & Tree Care Technician
Full-Time, Driver’s License Required
Always Green of Cape Cod, part of The Joyce Companies, is looking to hire 3-4 Lawn Fertilization & Tree Care Technicians to join our growing team.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Saturdays during peak season as needed
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Overtime available
Responsibilities
- Lawn fertilization applications
- Tree & shrub care
- Aeration, composting, and overseeding
- Disease, grub, and vegetation control
- Mosquito, flea, tick, winter moth, and poison ivy treatments
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate service records
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
- Clean driving record and insurable by company insurance provider
- MVR check required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pesticide license and industry experience preferred
- Will train motivated candidates
