*MAINTAINING POSITIVE MORALE WITH ALL CREW MEMBERS WHILE ALSO TAKING DISCIPLINARY MEASURES WHEN NEEDED.
*GIVING DAILY INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING IF NEEDED TO CREW MEMBERS ON HOW TO PERFORM TASKS.
*KEEPING LANDSCAPE JOBSITES ORGANIZED, CLEAN AND ON SCHEDULE.
*CALCULATING AND ORDERING MATERIALS AS NEEDED.
*SCHEDULING JOBS WITH CUSTOMERS.
*WORKING TOGETHER WITH LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR AND CREW LEADERS TO COMPLETE JOBS WITH ACCURACY, QUALITY CONTROL AND RESPECT FOR CLIENTS.
*CREATING PROFFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS.
*HELP WITH ESTIMATING POTENTIAL JOBS AND OR IDEAS FOR DESIGNING POTENTIAL JOBS.
*CONSULTATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS.
*HELP WITH MARKETING.
*TAKING COURSES/TRAINING TO GAIN NEEDED KNOWLEDGE IN YOUR PROFESSION AND ENCOURAGING CO-WORKERS TO DO THE SAME.
*SUPERVISING THE MAINTENANCE NEEDS OF TRUCKS (PRE-TRIP INSPECTIONS) EQUIPMENT, APPOINTING NEEDED TASKS TO QUALIFIED CO-WORKERS.
*SUPERVISING ALL HARDSCAPING AND CARPENTRY JOBS.
*SNOW REMOVAL IF NEEDED.
*HELPING WITH TREE CARE IF NEEDED.
*FILLING OUT THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION AND KEEPING UP WITH ANY COMPUTER WORK NECESSARY FOR YOUR MANAGEMENT TASKS.
*TOOL AND MATERIAL INVENTORIES AND ORGANIZATION.
*SAFETY MEETINGS.
*ORGANIZE WEEKLY PROGRESS MEETINGS WITH MANAGEMENT (PLUS CREW LEADERS IF/WHEN NEEDED) TO DISCUSS AND IMPLEMENT PLANS AND DISCUSS SCHEDULING, TACTICS, BUDGETS…..
*LEARN TO WORK WITH LANGUAGE BARRIERS.
*HAVE THE ABILITY TO PROBLEM-SOLVE AND ADAPT TO CHALLENGES FACED ON DIFFERENT JOBS SITES. ALSO BEING HUMBLE ENOUGH TO ASK QUESTIONS OR DO RESEARCH WHEN THERE IS ANY QUESTIONS.
