High School Diploma; completed relevant college courses preferred
1+ year(s) Human Resources experience; preferably within manufacturing environment
Excellent technology and computer skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; Spanish language skills preferred
General knowledge of HR related regulations and labor laws (i.e. HIPPA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
Self-starter with ability to work with little to no supervision
Typical office environment within plant setting:
Use of computer, telephone and other office equipment
May encounter frequent interruptions throughout work day
Regularly required to sit, talk, and listen
Repetitive hand motions
Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 20 lbs
Exposure to noise levels greater than 85 decibels
Exposure to strong, raw meat odor
